The first residents move into Rivage
The first residents have been handed the keys to their new homes in one of Plymouth’s most luxurious new waterfront developments.
Rivage, located on Pier Street in Plymouth's historic West Hoe, boasts stunning sea views, unrivalled green credentials and a finish that has been likened to London’s finest. Built by Cornish developer, Devington Homes, the exclusive development includes only 14 coveted apartments, nine of which have already been reserved.
With the building works just nearing completion, nine of the 14 apartments were reserved off plan. The finishing touches are now taking place and six of the nine sales have just legally completed, with the keys handed over and the new residents moving in.
Lawrence Butler, chairman of Devington Homes, commented: “We are delighted to be welcoming the first residents to Rivage. This is undoubtedly one of the finest developments I have been involved with and I have overseen the smallest detail.
“It has been somewhat of a labour of love and to see the fantastic reaction from the public and the new residents is very rewarding. To have sold so many homes off plan is testament to the wonderful location, stunning views and calibre of the development. There is really nothing to rival it locally – it has been a very exciting project.”
There are now only five apartments available at Rivage, with prices starting from £440,000 for a three bedroom home.
